This is a super buy for the person that needs a quality kiln. The Paragon 10 sided kiln, Outside Dimensions (29†diameter X 41†high, Inside Capacity – 23†diameter X 27) is a workhorse of the hobbyist and professional. This unit will fire to more than 2300degrees according to the literature. This unit works off of 240 volt. Is totally complete with 4 shelves. For a new unit in this configuration is over $1500 dollars. The shelf kit is $350. You can check it out on the paragon website. This unit has some missing chips and small chunks off the walls. You can see the worst chip in the pics. Only cosmetic, not damaging to the functionality. I bought this unit about a month ago from a lady who was vacating her home. This kiln was not subjected to hurricane damage. I need a kiln to heat receivers of firearms and small objects. I now have a simple 110V unit, thus I have chosen not to setup this large kiln. This kiln comes with an operating manual that I downloaded off the Paragon website. Paragon still sells all parts and gives service for this unit. This unit is sold AS IS with no return. At this price, you can afford to fix the kiln if it were to need anything. This object is sold as a “local pick up item onlyâ€. I will not prepare for shipping.
