This can be used with any kiln for any type of firing. Easy to read with a large 3 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch face plate. Quality; this production unit has been the proven, reliable industry standard for years. Comes with a heavy duty 8 gauge x 5 1/2 inch long type K thermocouple (8 and 12 inch available upon request at $4.00 additional charge), 3 foot of wire connecting the thermocouple and pyrometer, and rigid steel mounting bracket. Everything is already assembled and installation is easy. Just drill a hole in the kiln for the thermocouple to go through, no electrical connections are needed.
